SnowGo Dispatch Alerts is an operational text-messaging program run by SnowGo National Services LLC. It sends dispatch, scheduling, site-coordination, and service-update texts to two groups: contracted snow-removal subcontractors, and designated contacts at the commercial properties we service. It is not a marketing program and no message is ever promotional.
1. Consent Is Voluntary
Receiving text messages is never required to become a client, sign a service agreement, work as a subcontractor, or receive any snow and ice service from us. SMS enrollment is a separate, optional step. A person who declines, or who later opts out, receives exactly the same service, pricing, and support. Nothing in any service agreement or subcontractor agreement grants SMS consent.
2. How a Person Opts In
Our program has no public web sign-up form; the people we text are known business contacts. A person opts in one of three ways:
- Signed SMS authorization or written request. The contact signs a stand-alone SMS authorization or sends us a written request (email or text) asking to receive dispatch texts at a specific number.
- Verbal request to our staff. The contact asks a dispatcher or account manager, by phone or in person, to receive dispatch texts at a specific number. The staff member records who asked and when.
- Texted START to the dispatch number. The contact texts START, YES, UNSTOP to our dispatch number. This is also how a previously opted-out person re-enrolls.
In the first two cases, a staff member then enrolls the number in our dispatch software. That enrollment screen is shown below.
3. The Enrollment Screen (Exact Copy)
This is the live enrollment form our dispatchers use, rendered from the same code as the internal application. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and the Enroll contact button stays disabled until the staff member checks the attestation and records how the person opted in. The server rejects any enrollment without both.

On enrollment, the software records the date, time, the staff member who attested, and the opt-in method on the contact's record, and immediately sends the confirmation text below to the enrolled number.

5. Program Terms
- Message frequency varies with weather events and operational activity. During a storm a recipient may receive several messages; outside of storms, often none.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT. One final confirmation is sent and nothing further.
- Help: reply HELP or INFO, or email info@snowgo.us.
- Re-enroll by replying START, YES, UNSTOP.
